Dining Specials for the Week of February 29th

I think that in Vermont the Leap Year means not only an extra day of the year, but an extra day of Winter.  I've never seen snow piles this high.  Driveways are shrinking and there is no place to put more snow.  It'll melt eventually.  In the meantime come over to the Three Stallion Inn and enjoy great conditions on our extensive network of groomed nordic skiing and snowshoeing trails.  After some exercise in the brisk air, come on in for a great meal.  You deserve it.

This week's "Pick of the Market" specials:

Penne with Basil Pesto, Vermont Goat Cheese and Shrimp

Charleston-Style Scallop and Shrimp Grits

Vegetarian Tourtiere with Apple Chutney and Napa Cabbage Slaw

Grilled Mahi Mahi with Sweet and Sour Sauce and Coconut Rice

Classic Vermont Naturally Raised Veal Osso Bucco with Risotto Milanese

We look forward to seeing you this week at The Three Stallion Inn.
