What a big week at the Three
Stallion Inn. Foliage is coming on strong, the new Fall menu was
introduced tonight and we have lots of great specials this week.
Wild King Salmon is at a good
price for the first time all year, so we have it for you. We also
have some great New England caught Striped Bass with the season coming
to a close.

Vermont Symphony Orchestra Concert
- "Made in Vermont"
Chandler Music Hall, Randolph
Autumn in Vermont signals the return of gorgeous foliage and also
gorgeous music, as the Vermont Symphony Orchestra's Made in Vermont Music
Festival tour visits all corner s of the state. Between September 24 and
October 4, Anthony Princiotti and the VSO present a program brimming with
melodic riches: an arrangement of a Mozart string quartet; Bizet's charming
Jeux d'enfants (Childrens' Games); and Haydn's marvelous Symphony No. 82
("The Bear"). This year's world premiere commission is by Derrik
Jordan, of East Dummerston, who pays tribute to the Lake Champlain
Quadricentennial with a piece based on an Abenaki creation story.

Vermont
Technical College
Whether you're an athlete in training or
just maintaining good health practices, Vermont Technical College's SHAPE
Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art equipment and fitness facilities for
the Vermont Tech community. Opened in 2007 the SHAPE complex includes a
spacious and well equipped weight room complete with brand-new free weights
and BodyMaster equipment, an aerobic fitness area with stair climbers,
Concept II rowing machines, elliptical trainers, treadmills, spinning
bikes, stair steppers, two racquetball courts and a six-lane, 25-yard
swimming pool.
In addition to serving the student and staff
needs, the Vermont Technical College SHAPE Facility has opened its doors to
the surrounding community, offering a
variety of community memberships and fitness classes. For more
