Music For Mankind
Music for Mankind featuring Kelly Moore & Emerald Dreams is a series of benefit concerts. Kelly Moore & Emerald Dreams perform Contemporary Celtic and Folk music. Proceeds are contributed to the United Nations World Food Program and other humanitarian organizations for relief in major world disasters around the world.

Festival of Fool
A curated festival of street theater devoted to community engagement through the celebration of circus arts, music and comedy for family audiences. The festival will feature the best international street performers from around the globe. Audiences of all ages will feast their eyes on some of the zaniest comic performers as Downtown Burlington becomes an epicenter for laughter and entertainment!

Last Mile Ride - Fundraiser
The third annual Last Mile Ride raises money for end of life care. Staging begins at 8:30 AM and motorcyclists depart at 10:00 AM for a 100-mile ride through Vermont's most beautiful countryside. The ride ends with a BBQ lunch, live music and prizes. The cost is $50 for one rider and $75 for two riders (on one bike). Riders can fundraise the fee with donations. Riders get a free commemorative pin, t-shirt if they register early, an escorted ride, and they support an outstanding cause.

Chandler's New World Festival
For 16 years celebrating Vermont's Celtic and French Canadian heritage with traditional music and dance. Featured performers include John Doyle, Cantrip, Raz-de-Maree, Gadelle, Prydein, Triptych, Annalivia, Rapetipetam, Claude Methe, Nightingale, the No Strings Marionette Company and many more! Five performance stages, all-weather tents, children's activities, food and crafts. Recognized for the 7th time this year as one of the Top Ten Events by the Vermont Chamber of Commerce.

Harvest Weekend at Billings Farm & Museum

Vermont Symphony Orchestra at Chandler
Chandler Music Hall partners with the VSO, with Jaime Laredo as conductor and soloist, with music by Vivaldi, Grieg, Gershwin, plus a newly commissioned work by Vermont composer Pierre Jalbert.

Frigg - Concert at Chandler
Acoustic Nordic folk music is reinvented by Frigg, a young group rich with folk heritage from Finland and Norway. Combining elements of their respective folk traditions with touches of American Appalachian and country & western music, they create an entirely new sound which is both innovative and familiar. The 7-piece band comprised of fiddles, mandola, cittern, double bass, guitar and dobro supercharges traditional sounds with innovative arrangements.

Marko the Magician at Chandler
An hour of magic for the whole family!
Marko is well-known for his up-close techniques using cards, coins, ropes and other small items. Marko's performance at Chandler will include illusions that have been done by such greats as Doug Henning, David Copperfield, and Harry Anderson. There will be plenty of opportunities for volunteer audience participation. We guarantee you'll be astounded and mystefied!

Jamie Shaak and Michelle Areyzaga
Last season soprano Michelle Areyzaga and pianist Jamie Shaak dazzled a Chandler audience gathered to celebrate composer Gwyneth Walker's birthday with stunning performances of her music. They return this year to premiere Tenderness, a set of songs by Walker based on the poetry of Chilean poet Gabriela Mistral, the first Latin American to win the Nobel Prize in Literature (1945).

Manchester Chamber Orchestra
The Manchester Chamber Orchestra performs under the direction of Ariel Rudiakov, with guest cellist Nathaniel Rosen. The Orchestra is an integral part of the Manchester Music Festival, based in Manchester, Vermont. This non-profit organization has a unique dual mission: classical music performance at the highest level and classical music education at all levels. Chandler is fortunate to be able to engage this excellent ensemble with such a distinguished soloist.
